  REMOVABLE BACKPAD - VELCRO VanTech CE LEVEL 2 BACKPAD STANDARD....Icon indicates BRVI and VanTech backpad standard in garmentVanTech ARMOR is CE approved. Smaller shapes allow a flexible fit.....BRVI supports the backpad from the shoulder area and thus the backpad hangsdown the back of the garment like a back pack shoulder strap and does notpull down the garment at the center back.

  RAM A.I.R. sleeve vents are a patented design....There is usually one vent in each sleeve..Closure is by a waterproof nylon coil zipper. This design places the ventfacing forward at the inner elbow - so that when unzipped thevent bows outwards and scoops air into the sleeve and up the arm.....Our unique design feature is that the open vent is bridged by a perforatedmaterial that keeps the shape of the sleeve - so the sleeve does notgrow - bag and billow in the wind. This retains the elbow protection of thesleeve in the proper location - while also allowing substancial forcedventilation up the arm to the torso of the rider.

  AIR CURTAIN VENT.... This is a patented vent system that allows the riderto open or close an <> stitched into the front lining panelsof the garment. This design has the outline of the vent top-stitchedthrough the outer shell.....The AirCurtain is made of waterproof coated nylon - so when closed the ventis sealed. This Air Curtain may be opened a little or a lot - making theventilation adjustable.....This design is ideal for allowing full frontal graphics without compromisingthe ventilation capabilities of the garment.

  REAR EXIT VENTS....Usually two zippered vents in rear of garment close to the underarm area.....Vents are zippered closed.....OR - a single rear vent across the back.....Rear vents are necessary to allow air to flow from a front venting sourceover the rider and out the back so as to prevent ballooning of the garment.

  ADJUSTABLE WAISTBAND....Icon indicates garment has adjustable waistband for enhanced fit flexibilityGarments with this feature offer +/- 2 inches of adjustability at thewaist area. The exact amount will vary from style to style.This is available in both Jackets and Pants.

  REAR WAIST ZIPPER ATTACHMENT.... Is a single zipper attachment.Icon indicates garment features a zipper enabling it be attached toa corresponding pant or jacket via an attachment panel.....Attachment panels come standard on pants and are also available for purchaseas replacement parts.....Some jackets will have this rear waist zipper inside the back liner and soit is accessed through the zipper opening in the lining.
