Here is How You Earn Your Vanson Contingency Certificates...
1. Payout to 1st., 2nd., 5th. and 10th. Place finishers Awards will be made to all classes, each race.
Value: 50.00 1st., 40.00 2nd., 30.00 5th., 20.00 10th.
Payout is in recognition of ability, open to all, and not contingent on wearing a Vanson garment.
2. This certificate has No Cash Value, and is good towards the purchase of any Vanson product or repairs and services.
3. Redemption and orders are calculated using Vanson MSRP. All orders using PAC must be placed with Vanson Leathers directly by the awardee. No Dealer of Vanson products can accept this certificate.
4. Maximum redemption rate is 1/2 the price of an order with the Balance due to be paid at the time of order . Example: PAC(s) totaling 800.00 - in the event of a 1,200.00 order 600.00 of PAC Credit would be applied to the order leaving a cash Balance due of 600.00. The 600.00 cash balance is to be paid at the time of order. The remaining 200.00 PAC(s) balance would be held for additional orders / repairs, or shared with another person - see #7
5. Multiple Certificates earned by an individual may be combined.
6. Certificates may not be used for any taxes or shipping and handling fees.
7. Any unused portion of a Certificate(s) may be shared with another person provided both orders are placed at the same time.
8. Any unused portion of a Certificate will remain available for redemption until the expiration date.
9. Certificates will expire 1 1/4 years (547 days) after the date of the qualifying event .
10. Certificates are not transferable, and cannot be used with any other discount, promotions or Vanson Sponsorship.
11. Vanson reserves the right to change or modify the terms, prices, restrictions or conditions at anytime, and at their sole discretion.
